Parents or guardians may create accounts for children under 13 as part of their family group.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you post to KinPatch. By posting content, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and share your content with the family members you specify. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share any content you post.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Post content that is harmful, abusive, or harassing

6. Family Groups and Privacy

Family groups are private by default. Content shared within a family is only visible to members of that family. By inviting someone to your family group, you consent to sharing family content with them. Family administrators can manage membership and settings.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your content may be removed, though some information may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
